Released on November 21, 2025, this record strikes me as, in hierarchical order: beautiful, intelligent, heartbreaking, romantic — and then somehow even more beautiful again. Few embellishments, a lot of heart, and a lot of honesty. It’s a slap in the face, the kind that either wakes you up or jolts you out of the numb comfort of that padded little world where we lounge around like capybaras ready to be posted on social media.
At last, a break from the tyranny of “nice.” Finally, an album that, with genuine poetry, tackles its themes from a metacognitive angle — one that forces you to take stock of yourself: how much do you really reflect on what you feel and live through, before walking out the door and living at all?
